The Terms and Conditions set out on our website, together with our Privacy Policy, form the contract between you, the passenger using the service, and theviptransfer.com, acting as the intermediary/provider platform, governing the provision of VIP Transfer and other services. These Terms and Conditions cover all services provided to you, and no other rules or agreements shall apply beyond the provisions set out herein. No procedure or conduct on the part of theviptransfer.com shall be deemed to constitute approval or acceptance of any other terms. Your acceptance of these services or facilities, or any signature on an agreement, shall be deemed your final confirmation of acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time by theviptransfer.com. As the recipient of the service, you are responsible for checking this section of the website to see if there have been any changes to the terms applicable to you. The chauffeur-driven vehicle or transfer service you use is subject to the laws of the country or city where the journey takes place, as well as the rules applied by the supplier or service provider.

By making a booking via this website, you agree to the obligations set out in these Terms and Conditions. If your booking request is accepted, we will send you a confirmation message regarding the availability of the chauffeur-driven vehicle you have requested. If the specific vehicle type or model you have booked is not currently available in our suppliers’ schedule, we will inform you and offer similar alternatives of the same quality or a higher segment. If these alternatives are suitable for you, the booking will be updated. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and refund any deposit or payment you have made. In short, even if we cannot provide the exact vehicle you requested, we will actively seek the best alternatives to meet your needs and get back to you within 48 hours.

Please note that no contract over the offered price will be considered valid until your booking is confirmed and the necessary payment is made. Even if a third party (e.g., your assistant or company) has paid for the service, the contract is deemed to be made with the actual passenger traveling.

theviptransfer.com accepts no responsibility for any damage or incidents resulting from the passengers’ faulty actions, use of illegal substances, unruly behavior that endangers the chauffeur’s driving safety, or violation of safety rules inside the vehicle during the journey. In such cases, all legal and financial responsibility lies entirely with the person receiving the service.

Meet & Greet Fees

For airport or hotel meet-and-greet services, if the service extends significantly beyond the scheduled times—even if the delay is caused by you or a flight delay—additional waiting or night-tariff charges may apply. It is mandatory to provide the exact meeting time and full address details accurately during the booking process.

Out of Hours Services

In most locations, we provide 24/7 service to accommodate all flight schedules. However, in some cases, an extra “night rate” may be applied for transfers scheduled at midnight or very early in the morning. When verifying the time of your booking, please check if any such additional fees apply.

Age and Driver’s License Requirements

Since all our vehicles are driven by assigned professional chauffeurs, passengers are not required to present a driver’s license. However, minors (individuals under 18) traveling alone without an accompanying adult may be restricted, depending on supplier regulations and local laws.

Additional Passengers and Vehicle Capacity

All our chauffeured vehicles are assigned based on luggage volume and maximum passenger capacity (excluding the chauffeur). While theviptransfer.com takes great care to accurately state vehicle capacities, the responsibility lies with the passenger if the number of people and amount of luggage specified during booking do not fit into the arriving vehicle. Due to safety regulations and legal limits, passengers exceeding the vehicle’s designated capacity will not be accepted. The vehicle indicated on your voucher serves as an example; depending on availability, you may be provided with a brand/model in the same segment or a higher segment.

If You Wish to Modify Your Booking

Cancellation or modification policies may vary depending on the supplier. If you wish to cancel your booking or update the time/route, please inform our support team at +90 555 262 15 15 or via our 24/7 WhatsApp line at +90 555 262 15 15 Modification requests are subject to the operational availability of the supplier company; theviptransfer.com accepts no responsibility if the request is declined or if additional charges incur.

If We Need to Modify Your Booking

If we are required to make changes to your booking due to operational necessities or force majeure, we will notify you as soon as possible. If the newly offered conditions are not suitable for you, the full deposit or fee you paid will be refunded. theviptransfer.com reserves the right to cancel the service by informing the customer in the event of technical errors or unexpected situations (such as vehicle breakdown, accidents, etc.). In such cases, the paid amount will be refunded, but no further financial liability will be accepted.

Documentation

When making a booking, you must provide us with complete and accurate information, including your flight number (if applicable), home/hotel address, phone number, and exact meeting time. Once your booking is confirmed, your voucher will be sent to you within 48 hours. During the meet-and-greet, you may be required to present your voucher and ID/passport to the chauffeur or authorized personnel. Failure to present the required documents or failing to be at the meeting point at the specified time will be considered a “No-Show,” and no refund will be issued.

Complaints

theviptransfer.com works with the highest quality and most reliable transportation companies in the industry. However, if you have a complaint regarding your journey, the chauffeur’s attitude, or the quality of the vehicle, you must report this immediately to our operations team or support line. It may not be possible to retroactively investigate and compensate for complaints made long after the service has concluded.
